Capital City University, Kano (CCUK) has officially appointed His Highness, Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi II, Emir of Kano, as the Visitor to the University, in a landmark development that underscores the institution’s commitment to excellence, visionary leadership, and meaningful engagement with society.
The appointment was formally conveyed during a courtesy visit to the Emir’s Palace by a high-powered delegation from the University. The delegation was led by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BoT) and included the Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar, and other members of the University Management.
During the visit, the official letter of appointment was presented to His Highness, whose remarkable contributions to education, public service, economic development, and national discourse have earned him widespread respect both within Nigeria and internationally.
