A UK property tribunal has handed down judgment dismissing competing claims over a London house in a case bordering on alleged fraud, forgery and false identities. More than 200 people have died while more than 100 are still missing after two separate boat accidents recently in the northwest of the Democratic Republic of Congo, according to residents of the area, local news reports and International news agencies. One of the boats was carrying mostly students between the ages of 12 and 15, officials and residents said.
