The remains of the former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR (1942- 2025) was laid to rest on Tuesday, 15th July, 2025 at about 17:30 hours in his residence in Daura, Katrina State.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR led Mourners at the residence of the former President.
The State Funeral of the Former President was attended by Large crowd. The late President was buried with full Military honour.
In line with the tradition, Military fires a volley of shots in honour of the departed former Military General and President, Commander- in -Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Prayers were offered after the committal.
